How COD Works

Cash on Delivery (COD) allows you to pay for your order at your doorstep when it is delivered. Here’s how the process works:

1. Select COD at Checkout: Once you’ve reviewed your items and entered your shipping details, choose "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method.
2. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details and estimated delivery date.
3. Delivery: When your order arrives, the delivery agent will hand over your package after receiving the payment in cash.
4. Payment: You will pay the exact amount as displayed in your order summary to the delivery agent. Please ensure you have the exact change ready, as delivery agents may not always carry enough change.

To ensure smooth processing of COD orders, please note the following limits:

• COD Available for Orders Up to ₹10,000: If your order exceeds ₹10,000, you will need to choose an alternate payment method such as a credit/debit card or UPI.
• Minimum Order Value: COD is available for orders starting at ₹300.

Cash on Delivery is currently available in select locations across India. Please check the availability for your pin code during checkout. COD service may not be available in remote or certain restricted areas.

3. What happens if I’m not home when the delivery is attempted?

   If you're not available at the time of delivery, the courier service may attempt to deliver again or leave instructions on how to reschedule. If delivery cannot be completed, your order may be canceled.

4. Can I make a partial payment in cash and the rest online?

   No, full payment must be made in cash upon delivery. We do not accept split payments between COD and other payment methods.

5. Can I cancel a COD order after placing it?

   Yes, you can cancel your COD order before it is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and you will need to decline the package at the time of delivery.

6. Is there any additional fee for COD?

   There is no extra charge for using COD, but please ensure you’re available to receive and pay for your order to avoid cancellation.
